Design Stage

Easily create your Pool or Cover design in 2D or 3D from a library of templates (Grecian, Kidney, etc.). Rather than develop a new drawing for every project simply use a standard template to enter the customer job dimensions and produce your design in minutes. The process provides multiple design data import methods such as:

Standard 2D and 3D CAD file formats
Pool Measure Pro file data
Manually entered A/B points

Pattern Stage

Flatten your design into 2D pattern pieces automatically. Include the addition of any notches and welding overlaps. Finally, print labels and production information directly onto your pattern pieces for faster production. Plus, if you make a change in your design or in your patterns, your markers and nests update automatically — no trafficking files between different software programs, no errors from implementing changes, and no more lost time.

Production Stage

As part of the final pattern stage, automated panel layout is used to segment the patterns into pieces that meet your cutter and production requirements. The next step is Nesting of the pattern pieces. This optimizes material use on each job and provides another area for cost reduction.

Automated paneling and nesting tools integrated in to the patterning software speeds these process steps. Once the algorithms have run, the pattern pieces are exported directly to your existing cutter.
